This Privacy Policy explains how CV. Nusantara Sourcing Agent ("we", "us") handles information in connection with this website and the internal tools we use to publish our own product videos to our own YouTube channel.
Who we are

What our YouTube integration does
We use the YouTube Data API v3 to upload our own workshop and product videos to our own channel, "Teak Root Furniture Indonesia". The authorisation we request is limited to managing that channel: youtube.upload and youtube.
Through this integration we access only:
- our own channel's video list and video metadata (title, description, tags, playlist);
- the ability to upload new videos and edit the metadata of videos we uploaded.
We do not access, collect or store data about viewers, subscribers, comments, or any other Google user's account.
Data we store
We store an OAuth refresh token on our own server in order to publish videos without manual login. This token belongs to our own Google account, is used solely for the purpose described above, and can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). We do not sell, rent or share it with any third party.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the feature described above, is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide that feature or as required by law, is not used for advertising, and is not used to train generalised AI or machine learning models.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors find useful (pages viewed, approximate country, device type). We do not use this data to identify individuals. Standard Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Your choices
You may revoke any Google authorisation at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You may request deletion of any information we hold by writing to export@teakrootfurniture.com; we respond within 30 days.
Third-party terms
Our use of YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
